Privacy Policy
OneByteZ builds products people actually use — and that starts with respecting the people who use them. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are
OneByteZ (“OneByteZ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent software product studio that builds its own mobile and web applications, AI-powered products, and custom software for businesses and individuals. This policy applies to our website and the products and services we operate.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and improve our work:
- Information you give us — the email address and any message you submit through our “Start a Project” form, plus the contact details and message you share if you reach us by WhatsApp or email.
- Technical information — your IP address and similar data that our hosting and form provider may automatically log for security and reliability.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or information from children under 13.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and discuss your project.
- To provide, maintain, and improve our website and products.
- To send you information you have requested or that relates to a project we are working on together.
- To keep our services secure and to comply with legal obligations.
We will never sell your personal information. We do not use your project details to train public models or share them with competitors.
The contact form, WhatsApp & email
When you submit our “Start a Project” form, your email and message are passed to our form-delivery provider, Web3Forms, which forwards them to our inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database — they live in our email so we can reply.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or email instead, your message and contact details are used solely to reply to you and progress any work you ask us to do. Messages sent over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only with the trusted service providers that help us operate — currently our website host and our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms) — and only to the extent they need it. We do not sell your information, and we may disclose it only where required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, just contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
