By accessing or using the OneByteZ website (the “Site”) or any of our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

OneByteZ is an independent software product studio. We build our own applications and provide design and engineering services to clients. Any product names shown on this Site may refer to products in development, in beta, or planned for future release.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse our content or branding without permission.

Enquiries made through this Site, WhatsApp, or email do not by themselves create a binding agreement. Any project we take on will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement prevails for that engagement.

All content on this Site — including the OneByteZ name, logo, copy, design, and product concepts — is owned by OneByteZ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of work created for clients is addressed in the relevant project agreement.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as WhatsApp or app stores). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneByteZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
