By using onebytez.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

OneByteZ is an independent game studio. We design and build our own games and publish them on mobile app stores. This Site exists to show what we make and to let you get in touch.

Information on the Site about games in development is a description of our plans, not a promise. Features, names, platforms and release timing can all change, and a game may never be released at all.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage or overload it.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it.
• Scrape, copy or republish the Site's content or design as your own.
• Send abusive, misleading or automated submissions through the contact form.

These terms do not govern our games. Each game has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and those are what apply when you install and play it:

Downloading a game also puts you under the app store’s own terms. Anything you buy inside a game is a transaction with that store, and refunds are handled under the store’s policy.

Messages sent through the contact form or by email do not create any binding agreement between us, and we are under no obligation to act on a suggestion you send us.

Please do not send confidential information or unsolicited game ideas. If you send us an idea, we cannot promise it will be treated as confidential, and we may already be working on something similar.

Everything on this Site — the OneByteZ name and logo, our game names and artwork, the text, design and code — belongs to OneByteZ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our name, logo or artwork without our written permission.

You are welcome to link to the Site, and to quote short extracts with credit, for example when writing about us.

The Site links to places we do not control, such as app stores and our social media profiles, and relies on third-party providers for hosting and the contact form. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneByteZ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
