Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Atlas AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
Atlas AI is provided by OneByteZ. Atlas AI is a workspace that reads your documents and answers questions about them with citations — like a teammate who's actually done the reading. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Atlas AI. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Atlas AI for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
- Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.
Intellectual property
Atlas AI, including its name, design, and software, is owned by OneByteZ and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
Third-party services & stores
Atlas AI may be distributed through app stores or rely on third-party services. Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneByteZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas AI. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Atlas AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the Service or its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
