GiftNest — Terms & Conditions

GiftNest lets you create wish lists, share them, reserve gifts for others, and organize Secret Santa groups. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Guest accounts may lose data if the app is removed before you link an email or Google account.

Do not use GiftNest for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or misuse other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it to the people you share it with, in order to operate the app.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel it in Google Play at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies. Free accounts may have limits, such as the number of wish lists and Secret Santa groups.

Wishes may link to external stores. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, or availability. Prices shown in the app are estimates and may be out of date.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR, IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE, FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50).

You may stop using GiftNest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
