Mindflip — Terms & Conditions

By downloading, accessing, or using Mindflip (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Mindflip is provided by OneByteZ. Mindflip is a memory-pair puzzle. Every level shows you the board for thirty seconds, then flips it face down; find the pairs in as few moves as you can. Boards grow from 3×3 up to 8×8, and the shapes, colours and decoys are generated fresh for every level, so there is no end. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Mindflip. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.

You agree not to:

• Use Mindflip for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.

Mindflip, including its name, design, and software, is owned by OneByteZ and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Mindflip may be distributed through app stores or rely on third-party services. Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneByteZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mindflip. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Mindflip at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the Service or its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
