ToolBox — Terms & Conditions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ToolBox on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent allowed by law
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or trademarks in the App
• Use the App to process content you have no right to, or to violate any law or third-party right

ToolBox processes files on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any important files before converting, editing, or deleting them. We are not responsible for any loss of, or changes to, your files.

The free version is supported by Google AdMob ads. A one-time in-app purchase through Google Play Billing removes ads. All payments are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

All refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

We strive to keep the App available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may release updates to add tools, fix bugs, or improve the app.

ToolBox relies on services from Google (AdMob, Play Billing) and reference-data providers used by some online tools. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their downtime or policy changes.

All intellectual property in the App — including source code, design, and the ToolBox name — is owned by the Developer. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. The files you process remain yours.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONVERSION OR TOOL OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR FILES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR, IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE, FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50).

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
